Snippets playground 191

Hello everyone, I do hope you are enjoying what is left of your weekend.  They certainly whizz past.
Here is my card for Di's Snippet Playground challenge.
The image is from the Makey Bakey Mice CD from Crafter's Companion.  So cute!  Lots of white snippets used here, and a little bit of dry embossing and sanding for the border. Off now to link up, and finish watching Murdoch Mysteries. I can never work out 'whodunnit', lol.  See you soon.

Fast track mail

Hi all, I have a card to show, for no challenge, but just to put in my stash.  It uses the adorable Penny Black hedgies.  This must now be the most used stamp in my collection.
I used an old sketch from Deconstructed Sketches.  Thanks for looking.

Floral thanks to Di - Snippets Playground 189

Hello there, I have a card to share for the Snippets Playground.

This uses a new die from diecut essentials magazine, some scraps of coastal cabana card, and white card.  The emboss folder is part of the Tim Holtz brick wall and the sentiment is SU.  The ribbon is also a scrap from a package, which matched perfectly with the flowers.  This card is going over to Di's Snippets playground, and it is a thank you to Di for posting off my prize so quickly.  It is a beautiful hot air balloon die from Joanne Sheen signature dies, and I shall be making a card with it later this week.  See you soon.

Butterfly challenge 36 - Washi tape

Hi there, here is my card for Mrs. A's butterfly challenge, and this time around it is to use washi tape on  your card, as well as the butterfly/butterflies.  I don't use a lot of washi tape,  but I did get some from SU when it was on weekly deal.  Here I have used the ' hello honey' colour, and the 'peek-a-boo' method I found on You Tube, which I pinned to my board, and you can find the link HERE.
The  banner is a stamp and die cut from Clearly Besotted.  Now, what I was really pleased about, is that this card turned out larger than my A6 envelope, so I had the chance to play with the new envelope calculator on Carole's blog, and the link is HERE.  It works!

Hope you enjoy the video, and get to play with the envelope creator.  See you soon. Lynn x
